An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated, highly creative and deeply experienced qualitative researcher to join a growing international team tasked with advancing Compassion International’s evidence-informed child development program effectiveness. This team comprises both quantitative and qualitative researchers collaborating closely on the design and implementation of rigorous and state of the art research studies across all elements of our international program.

The successful applicant will have considerable depth of hands-on experience in qualitative research conducted in multi-cultural and international contexts. They will have a proven track-record in the design, execution and reporting of qualitative studies. They will be able to work with minimal supervision yet be a good team player, have a strong emotional intelligence and exhibit excellent relational capacity. They will bring a refreshing enthusiasm to seek out and apply the most current and innovative qualitative research methodologies, and ensure that our evidence is the most realistic, insightful and reliable as is practically possible.

The position is within a global, self-contained team, with members based around the world.
